Before requesting service
Where does ATL provide service?+
We work in Connecticut (CT) and New York (NY). Select your state when completing the request.
What are regular business hours?+
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Emergencies are available 24/7 at the applicable emergency rate.
Who pays for materials?+
Materials are the customer’s responsibility. The customer may buy them directly. If ATL makes the purchase, ATL will provide the receipt and the customer will reimburse the cost immediately.
How do I send a request?+
Select the service, state, date, and hours. Then complete your details and the app will prepare the message for WhatsApp.
How do I pay with Square?+
After sending your request through WhatsApp, use the Pay with Square button. Only pay the total ATL has confirmed with you.
Is the displayed price final?+
It is an initial estimate. ATL will confirm the scope and final price before work begins.
What if the job requires more hours?+
ATL will notify the customer before the reserved time ends. To continue, the customer must authorize and pay for the additional hours needed to complete the work.
What if more workers are needed?+
If the job is heavy, requires additional safety, or must be completed faster, ATL may recommend 2 or more workers. Each worker is charged hourly and requires customer authorization before work continues.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance receive a refund. Late cancellations are charged 1 hour. Emergency payments are non-refundable once the worker is on the way.
What about work that requires a license?+
Work that legally requires a license, permit, or inspection will be performed or coordinated with properly authorized professionals.
